Junior Translation Officer (JTO)	Master’s degree from a recognized university in English/Hindi with Hindi/English as a compulsory/elective subject at the degree level OR Master’s degree in English or Hindi from an accredited university with Hindi or English as a required or elective course at the undergraduate level OR English must be taken as a degree-level subject in order to receive a master’s degree from a recognised university in any topic with Hindi as the medium of instruction and examination. OR A bachelor’s degree in which Hindi and English were the primary subjects, or one of the two was used as the examination medium and another was the primary subject, as well as a recognised diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi and English and vice versa, or two years of experience translating from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government offices, including those run by the Government of India.
Stenographer Grade-I (English Typing)	An accredited university bachelor’s degree.
Stenographer Grade-II (English Typing)	A 12th-class diploma from an accredited school or board.
Administrative Assistant (English Typing)	Any equivalent degree from a reputable Board or University, or a 12th Class pass.
Administrative Assistant (Hindi Typing)	12th Class Pass or any degree of equal standing from a Board or University that is recognised.
Store Assistant (English Typing)	Must possess a 12th-class diploma from an accredited board.
Store Assistant (Hindi Typing)	A 12th-class diploma from an accredited board is required.
Security Assistant	In the case of ex-servicemen, a 12th class diploma, any comparable degree from a recognised board or university, or an equivalent certificate issued by the armed forces
Vehicle Operator	10th Standard Pass
Fire Engine Driver	10th Standard Pass
