Rather then the salary there are some deductions Like NPS and insurances, which is deducted from gross salary and in hand salary is deference. Around 10% of your salary is deducted from the up police constable salary and 90% of gross salary is payable to the employee.
The banifis you will not get during the trainings are HRA (house rant allowanve), P/AHA (meal), KMA. All these allowance will add when you will get posted in any chowki.
HRA (House Rent Allowance) – HRA is different for different city, When you are posted in grade A city like lucknow you will get 2400 house rent allowance, When you are posted in small city there is 1600 and when you are posted in any village level posts, you will get 800 rs as HRA. During the training period you live in training camp so you don’t get benefit of HRA in up police constable salary.
P/AHA – This is meal / food allowance for each employee so when you are under training periods you get your food in training center mess so you are not benefited with food allowance.
