CUET (UG) 2025 Exam Question Paper will consist of the following 4 sections: Out of which 100 questions will be asked in the exam. The candidate will be given five marks for each correct answer of the question. That is, the CUET Exam Paper will be of 500 Marks. Section IA & IB – Languages
(I) Section IA – 13 Languages – If we look at Section IA of CUET (UG), 13 languages have been included in it. In which you will be asked 50 questions for each language. In which you have to solve 40 questions.
Languages (13) :- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, English, Hindi and Urdu.
(II) Section IB – 19 Languages – If we look at Section IB of CUET (UG), 19 languages have been included in it. In which you will be asked 50 questions for each language. In which you have to solve 40 questions. 45 minutes will be given for each language in Sections IA and IB.
Languages (19) :- French, Spanish, German, Nepali, Persian, Italian, Arabic, Sindhi, Kashmiri, Konkani, Bodo, Dogri, Maithili, Manipuri, Santhali, Tibetan, Japanese, Russian, Chinese.
Section III – 27 Domain Specific Topics
Looking at Section II of CUET (UG), it contains 27 domain specific topics. In which you will be asked 50 questions for each domain specific. In which you have to solve 40 questions. Maximum 06 domains can be selected by the candidates. Which will be MCQ based questions. For which input text can be used. The syllabus of the exam will be based on NCERT 12th Class, which will consist of multiple choice questions. The candidate will be given 45 minutes to solve each domain specific topic.

Section III – General Examination
General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical and Analytical Reasoning and General Mathematical concepts taught till class 8 – Arithmetic, Algebraic Geometry, Simple Application of Mensuration etc.
