Online Registrations for TA Territorial Army were started in June 2018 and exam was conducted on 30th of July 2018 for various posts like GD, Nursing Assistant, Technical, Clerk/SKT and many more and every candidate has performed well. Age Limit – The aspirants must know that the age limit for them to appear in the TA Territorial Army is minimum of 18 years and maximum of 42 years.
Educational Qualification – As per the norms of Indian Army, there are different educational qualification for different posts in the department.
- Soldier (GD) – The aspirants who are willing to appear in the bharti for soldier rank must pass class 10th pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. No percentage limit in case candidate has higher qualification as 12th/B.A/B.Sc/B.Com.
- Clerk – The aspirants who are going to appear for the clerk post must be 12th pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
- Tradesmen – For the post of Tradesmen, the required qualification is 8th Pass/ 10th Pass/ ITI by Indian Army.
